Since 2013, we have supported Audi Sweden’s sponsorship of the Stockholm Open, the world’s oldest indoor tennis tournament. Our responsibilities include creating concepts for branding and client events during the week-long tournament; from family activities on opening day to managing the executive skybox during the finals weekend. JOI Communication provided event project management from start to finish, including budgetary work, staffing, hospitality, logistics and digital marketing of events during the activation period. For Audi, the event has been a fantastic platform in Creating and Developing client relationships, private buyers and resellers alike. Audi has been very visible both before, during and after the event, through media coverage,branding and the 20 odd branded courtesy cars that have driven tennis stars and functionaries around Stockholm. The event also helps drive the Audi active lifestyle brand among potential target groups.
